Susana Marcelo
Susana Marcelo is an experienced educator and instructional designer in the Los Angeles area. She works for Faculty Development and the Central American and Transborder Studies Department at California State University, Northridge. She has also taught classes with the Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) and the Puente Program where she models equity and culturally responsive teaching. Her expertise is in designing professional development courses for higher education professionals. Her research interests include student-centered practices, Digital Pedagogy, Central American transnationalism, and the links between technology and equity to eliminate digital redlining.
