Mali Collins, Ph.D is a doula and assistant professor of African American and African Diaspora Studies at American University. Her first book is under contract in 2024 by Ohio State University Press. Her work intersects in the medical humanities, technology, bioethics, and the archival lives of contemporary Black motherhood and family.
